Grey is not only for milkies !

Hey holla!!!!!! how you'll doing guys.  OK so here Swati this time came with one client's query. guys my this blog post is only on demand for a indian women who finds difficult to choose pastel colors for her dusky skin and on the other hand she loves grey! lets solve her problem. 

     (I want you all to read and understand her problem coz might be the same problem ever happens with uhh..)

  

Client:  Hey swati! Hope you doing well. I have a dusky Indian complexion and I have pulled out attires in every possible colors. Grey is my favorite color but Being a dusky woman its difficult to carry grey. Please give me some tips to carry this color with my skin type.

 OK so guys here what was my revert to her:  Hey dear! Grey is my favorite too yes m mad over greyyyy lol! Ok As a fashion blogger i must say Fashion for women wid dark complexion is very much different. Nowadays dusky womens creating a niche for themselves. N else talking about color then grey is a very fashionable color and dusky women look stunning in it. Stay positive with your skin.

Anything can look good if you are confident and comfortable in your own skin, it’s not about color and skin tone its only about your confidence to carry that dress.

 

 A dusky woman in India is a bit of a struggle. We are a tropical country and 70 percent of the population is technically 'dusky'. However, Indians majorly have a fetish for white skin. We are obsessed with women who have fair complexion.

  Talking about clothes are totally depends on your body shape and colors on your complexion. Neutral and not so bright colors look good on dark skinned. Blue and all of its shades are always a safe bet on dark skinned. 

You look at the television or cinema, you will notice that a majority of the faces you see are fair but trust me duskies are new trendy. Dusky women are slowly creating a niche for themselves now. Fashion for women with dark complexion is very much different. While you see fair skinned women display most of the fashionable clothes, even dusky women have a role to play in determining style statements. 

Take colors for example. All colors do not suit the dark complexion i agree. So dusky women need to be careful about picking the right colors for themselves but both these colors have universal appeal and you can play around with them.

Grey Until recently, grey was not seen as a color at all. It was considered to be dull and light. But grey is a very fashionable color now and dusky women look stunning in it. 

                   

  

It would also depend on the occasion and season, bright colors give that contrast and it’s really nice. But pastels give the soothing effect So some colors would be white, pink, corals etc.. but grey is really soft and unique. Above  picture is of my veer's wedding. i wore Grey pure silk plazo suit which is one of my customize design. i wore it twice in weddings in 2 different looks. above one is first look and the another one is below.

Nude and black works with everything as well. You can literally wear anything. just be confident what you are!
