Do you ever pull out the old summer pieces and style them diffrently in spring?? what items in your closet could u try to wear a new way this season?

Hola! and now again there’s a throwback trend that has staying power , its the slip dress.

Yes ‘THE LINGERIE INSPIRED’ sleek camisole or cami or chemise dress from victorian era style icon is now back!

There were 90’s style icon who had already rocked this look-

1.Kate moss (that sheer metallic slip dress she wore to a party in 1933  was trully iconic)

2.Cher horowitz (in white calvin klein)
and ofcourse the....

3.Sex and the city’s carrie bradshaw (who could forget the infamous naked dress!!!????)

And the these style icons made sleepwear/undergarment dress as a street-fashion a mainstream thing! Woahhhh how kool no! Hatsoff to all.

And the best thing of this camisole dress is it can be dressed up or down, for day time of day night and while you think it as a seasonal staple, i also have answer for this.
So How to style a slip camisole dress in winter? Now u’ll see its infact a solid cold-weather choice.

So if u want to wear your summer slip dress in winter then its all about layering, layering and more layering.
Just layer it with the turtle neck or high neck full sleeves fitted top (i layered my grey slip camisole dress with a black round mid high neck fitted teeshirt).

You can copy fashion bloggers and can turn a head turning look.

While this may not be the most minimalist approach to the typically-simple staple , as it allows for a huge range of styling options from feminine and glam or grunge but most importantly, you’ll be WARM and COZY !!

In short you can worry less cutiies about what goes with what and focus more on the clever styling, statement accessorizing and Artful LAYERING that makes a simple ensemble still feel unique and interesting.

Old is literally gold. Layer and slay see yaa❣️
